Location: the hotel was very close to beach and golf course and a very short walk to the beach. We had lunch in Ben's Roasts, located nearby.

We liked this hotel. The beds were comfy, the room was reasonably large for cooking facilities in. The location couldn't be more good to Cook Strait ferry. The stay was absolutely really good.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

Clean room, helpful manager, close to the beach. Spacious, quiet location, with microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster for breakfast. Central with lots of dining and shopping options.

Handy location to local shops and restaurants. Outside balcony. Spacious unit with two bedrooms and living area. Full kitchen facilities. Full oven, ideal for family. Beds comfortable. Unit clean. Plenty of clean towels and linen available. Towels excellent condition. Managers friendly and helpful when required.

Stand alone unit above an Italian restaurant. Fortunately restaurant closed before midnight, otherwise may have been noisy. Decor tired. I would recommend for a family situation only. However, I did not see other units. We were told we would not have to pay for the one child we had with us. We thought a bit of a bonus. However, I note that the unit is a set price for two adults and two children regardless!!

Particularly good and fantastic position, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place.

great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with a washing up sink as well as a nicely appointed bathroom; everyone is welcome here. the staff team was helpful and excellent at any time.

Location was perfect! We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Room was spacious with a big bathroom, and the decor was funky, giving us a unique experience. We appreciate the cleanliness of the room, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room lacked privacy, since it was on the ground floor with no views or windows except in the front with a full wall of windows. We had to close all of the draperies to have some privacy, which made the room quite dark.

The room was lovely and warm and the curtains blocked outside light. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great and the people fronting the motel were extremely helpful. Thank you for a lovely night's accomodation.

We were in an apartment with a fridge, a seating area and ironing facilities. The property's location was favourable, to different eateries. The view was particularly nice, the service was good.

Always come back. Staff helped with local info, suits me perfectly with all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Laundry, Flat-screen TV, Electric kettle. Coming back for city trip.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel near the beach. The rooms were cosy and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the spa bath, it was a perfect way to relax after a long day. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's location, just a minute walk away from the beach, was amazing. There were also great options for food nearby, including a nice restaurant and bar. it was a great value for money and I had a fantastic time.

All was fine during my stay, no improvements needed.

Noisy - seemed to be an outside staircase behind our room and our room not sound proff at all. I could hear them put the kettle on and run the shower.

We had a problem with our first room where my husband who has been injured would not have been able to get into the spa bath and shower. We were treated with respect and given a room with a walk in shower within five minutes. A big thankyou! . Unit warm and cosy.

Not about the motel but the fellow guest who idled his truck outside our unit at 7am. Did not really like having to wash dishes in bathroom sink.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach and shops. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and cooking facilities, making it convenient for families. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
